What motivated me to begin this website was that I was surrounded by people who were complaining that their weight and energy level were directly affecting their quality of life. They all seemed helpless and desperate in finding a long-term solution to their weight loss problem. They complained that the crazy fad diets left them without energy and highly irritable. I thought that there just had to be better way to get the body we wanted without missing meals and losing out on all those essential vitamins and minerals that come with those meals. So I made it my mission to extensively research and discover the various healthy ways there are to achieve body confidence and increase energy levels.

Reasons why fad diets do not work:

  • Skipping meals defeats the purpose because it lowers our metabolism as well as reduces muscle.
  • Fad diets only work short- term, these diets make people enter this never-ending cycle of losing then regaining weight shortly after they resume their typical eating pattern. When the weight creeps back on people tend to feel worse from their perceived failure.
  • Starvation, diet fads, and diet pills are a risk to your health .

It is never too late to be the best version of you, a sexier and more vibrant version. Every day you awaken is another day to become that strong, confident person you always knew you could and should be. If you can imagine it, then it is within your grasp, you can make it happen! Your brain and your mind are stronger than your body. Once you make it a goal to live better and healthier then you will see your life unfold in new, different and positive patterns. Once you make one positive change you will see the domino effect in your overall life, this includes personal relationships, career as well as your own spiritual and mental well-being.
